Symptom
You are unable to add Signatures in "My Email Settings"
Scenario 1:
There is an error "You are not authorized to access UI application /BYD_COD/ServiceOnDemand/Email/COD_User_Email_Settings_QAF.QA.uicomponent"
Scenario 2:
On selecting Edit option under New Email or Replies/Forward, no data available

Reproducing the Issue

Login to RUI/Fiori Client
- Go to Settings
- Navigate to My Email Settings
- You will receive the following error
"You are not authorized to access UI application /BYD_COD/ServiceOnDemand?Email/COD_User_Email_Settings_QAF.QA.uicomponent"
Or
- Login to RUI/Fiori Client
- Go to Settings
- Navigate to My Email Settings
- On selecting Edit option under New Email or Replies/Forward, "No data" available
Cause
Scenario 1:
Business User/Role should have the access to Templates Work Center View either under Sales or Service Work Center
Scenario 2:
There are no Signature Templates available under Template Work Center View
Resolution
Scenario 1:

Go to Administrator Work Center
- Go to General Settings view
- Select the affected Business User/Role
- Navigate to Work Center and View Assignment
- Add Templates Work center View under Sales or Service Work center
- Save and Close
Scenario 2:
- Go to Sales or Service Work Center
- Go to Templates View
- Click on New button
- Create a New Template with Usage type as "Signature"
- Save and close
