2791910 - Successor "None" for Draft-Only Custom CDS Views

Symptom

When a CDS View is not published, there is the word "None" is dispalyed under the Successor column of draft objects in the overview list in the CDS View Fiori Appliction.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 1905

Reproducing the Issue

  1.  Login to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition FLP
  2. Create and save a CDS View
  3. Check it in the Custom CDS View Fiori Application
  4. Notice the "None" value under the Successor column

Cause

This is a product issue and SAP is aware of it.

Resolution

  • This is a product issue will be addressed in the next release of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
  • Customer(s) can ignore it since it does not have any side effects
