2791931 - E-Verify Participation and Right to Work Posters

Symptom

You are enrolled in E-Verify with SuccessFactors as your Employer Agent. And, as per Department of Homeland Security (DHS) requirements, you should display the E-Verify Participation and Right to Work Posters at the company hiring sites.

Cause

Upon enrollment in E-Verify, employers are required to clearly display the Notice of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work posters in English and Spanish.

Employers may also display the posters in other languages provided by DHS.

Resolution

Please download the posters attached to this KBA and display them in plain view at the company’s hiring site(s) to inform prospective employees that the company is participating in E-Verify.
