You are trying to request a leave but then going to the Time Off ESS UI you are seeing a message as per image below:

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) - Time Off

1. Proxy as any employee;
2. Go to Profile;
3. Go to your Time Off Section;
4. Click in Go to Time Off;
5. See the message right below the Balances;

Expected behavior.

This message appears in two possible situations: when the time profile associated with the employee does not have any Favorite time type or when the only time types set as favorite do not have time accounts (for example LOA)

• No favorite time type defined;

• The only time types set as favorite does not have time accounts:

There is no need for applying a correction since this is not an error, however if you do not want this message ti be displayed in the Time Off ESS you you may want to perform the steps below:

1. Take note of the time profile of this employee (under job information);
2. Go to Manage Time Off Structures;
3. Select the time Profile you have noted;
4. Make at least one Time Type which has a Time Account Type associated as favorite;
