Symptom

Trying to open Learning though BizX and system is showing the error: The default SAML IDP cannot be initialized. Please double check the settings in the SAML configuration. Error message:https://<datacenter>/idp/samlmetadata?company=<companyID>;org.opensaml.saml2.metadata.provider.MetadataProviderException: Error retrieving metadata from <datacenter>/idp/samlmetadata?company=<companyID>.
