Symptom

  • When trying to open the Fiori app Manage Banks you receive the following error:
    • App could not be opened because the SAP UI5 component of the application could not be loaded.
  • The fin_bank node under path /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/ is already activated in SICF
  • In the browser's console log you see the following error:
    • Failed to load UI5 component for navigation intent #Bank-manage - found in negative cache: 'sap/fin/central/lib/library.js' from /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/fin_lib/~16C5B334FBE497CDBF2EF8E39F157A80~5/library.js: failed to load 'sap/fin/central/lib/library.js' from /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/fin_lib/~16C5B334FBE497CDBF2EF8E39F157A80~5/library.js: 403
    • Error: found in negative cache: 'sap/fin/central/lib/library.js' from /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/fin_lib/~16C5B334FBE497CDBF2EF8E39F157A80~5/library.js: failed to load 'sap/fin/central/lib/library.js' from /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/fin_lib/~16C5B334FBE497CDBF2EF8E39F157A80~5/library.js: 403
