2792545 - Fiori apps - 'Created by' column is blank - SAP S/4HANA

This KBA applies to all MM Fiori apps. Especially in the following most common scenarios:

• Created by field is empty for some POs or PRs (e.g. Manage Purchase Orders, Monitor Purchase Requisition Items, My Inbox...).
• Created by column is empty in the spreadsheet when using the 'Export to Excel' feature available in Fiori apps.
• When a user filters POs/PRs based on the Created by field, no results are displayed.
• Created By column is empty in Version History facet for Central or Hierarchy Contract.
