2792568 - The Finish Button Is Not Greyed Out

The Finish button is not greyed for Sales Orders using Prospects out and there is no error message when you click it.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales work centre.
2. Go to the Sales Orders view.
3. Click New to create a Sales Order using an account of type Prospect.
4. Save and open.
5. The Simulate and Transfer buttons are greyed out, the Finish button is not. There is no error message when you click the button.

The transfer is not possible for accounts with role Prospect. Hence when you first click Finish, the simulation is done and the pricing status is set. Any subsequent click of the Finish button will not do anything since pricing was calculated already.

The Finish button collectively combines the save action, as well as to perform the simulate and transfer actions of the Sales Order to an integrated ERP system - all with a single click.

Product Management is looking into this and shall try to resolve it in the upcoming release.
