2792590 - Webi report in "Page" mode is not starting on a new page for each section value even though "start on a new page" is checked

• A Webi document has a section.
• The section is formatted so that each new value for the section dimension should start on a new page.
• When the report is set to be in "Page" mode, each new value in the section is not starting on a new page.  All of the data is shown on one page.
