Partner is trying to activate Foundation Import in Super admin but getting error message as : An unknown server error has occurred during testing the connection
Reproducing the Issue
This issue is faced recefically while connecting Dc12.
Navigate to Super admin => Features => Foundation Import
Provide all details and define SFTP Host Address as : sftp012.successfactors.eu:22
Give password and click on Test Connection or Test File Put permission or click Activate
Error message is thrown and feature is not activated.
Cause
Incorrect SFTP URL
Resolution
This Issue occcurred specifically while connecting to DC12.
Instead of Using : sftp012.successfactors.eu:22 , use : sftp-int.rot.od.sap.biz:22 in SFTP Host Address
Please note , while accessing SFTP 12 from Browser , you should continue to use :sftp012.successfactors.eu however while connecting from Super admin : sftp-int.rot.od.sap.biz:22 is required.
