Symptom

Banking Services from SAP is used and one of the following problem may occur:

  • Prenote is not created 
  • Prenote status is not changed (for example, when order is reversed but an Active Prenote remains)
  • Turnover class is updated with the wrong negative/postive sign
  • Unassigned prenotes
  • Error "Prenote required for transaction type &" (Message no. BCA_PRENOTE 008)
