How can we get or extract a list of all Ad Hoc reports in the instance?

Currently there is no functionality that will directly export a list of all Ad Hoc reports in the system, but you can try the following:

1. Any user who has Report Admin permissions for Ad Hoc reporting will be able to view all Ad Hoc reports in the system.  With this you can view a list of Ad Hoc reports in Report Center > All Reports tab by adding a filter for Report - Table.

2. There is a new domain called Report Event Audit which can report on changes to Ad Hoc reports.  You can use this domain to export a list of Ad Hoc reports by adding the Entity Name as a Column and selecting "Enable Distinct".  The report will return a list of all Ad Hoc report names that exist in the instance.  Please see this document over at the Help Portal for details about this release:
