2793137 - Application Error on Benefit Opt-out

HR Managers are having application errors when trying to Opt-out for other employee's enrolled Benefits.

This does not happen when Admins perform the action or HR do it to own benefit enrollment.

1. Login to the system as HR

2. Go to Employee File > Benefits > View the Enrolled Benefits

3. Click on Opt Out button.

Application error occurs and unable to proceed on this action.

This is caused by a missing permission when you make BenefitEmployeeOptoutRequests object as Secured.

Since for each Opt-out action, the Benefit Employee Opt out request is created, a permission must be granted.

Grant permission to the BenefitEmployeeOptoutRequests object.
