2793198 - Kerberos supported encryption type in Local Group Policy

• Windows AD manul logon has been configured correctly according to KB 1631734, but the following error has been output when logging on to BILaunchpad using Windows AD authentication.
  "Account Information Not Recognized: The Active Directory Authentication plugin could not authenticate at this time. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact your technical support department. (FWM 00005)"
• Windows AD manul logon has been configured correctly according to KB 1631734, but the following error has been output when logging on to Central Configuration Manager(CCM).
  "Internal Error"
• Windows AD SSO has been configured correctly according to KB 1631734, but the following error has been output in Tomcat stderr.log.
