2793474 - "Warning: Unknown parameter" on configuration parameter - SAP ASE

ASE fails to start with many messages stating unknown configuration parameters.

Example:
Warning: Unknown parameter ' LFB pool size = DEFAULT
' found on line '61' of configuration file 'C:\Sybase\ASE.cfg'. This parameter is ignored. Edit the configuration file to remove or correct this parameter.
Warning: Unknown parameter ' enable LFB index = DEFAULT
' found on line '62' of configuration file 'D:\Sybase\ASE.cfg'. This parameter is ignored. Edit the configuration file to remove or correct this parameter.
Warning: Unknown parameter ' FM Enabled = DEFAULT

Note:

• These outputs are just an example; the exact parameters shown above may not seen at all in your instance.
• Many different configuration parameters may be seen, the parameters output depend on ASE versions.
• The example is based on starting ASE 16.0 SP02 PL04 HF1 with binaries of ASE 16.0 SP01 PL03.
