2793579 - Difference between values displayed on job boards and Recruiting Posting

Some values I have filled in Recruiting Posting are not exactly the same as I can see on the job board. Why?

For example, the contract type "Permanent" is changed to "Full-time" on LinkedIn job board.

Most of the time, it's the expected behavior.

We try to minimize the number of fields needed to be filled in the Recruiting Posting interface, and to do so, a mapping between Recruiting Posting picklists and the job board's ones is often used.
But sometimes, the job board uses a specific referential, and that their values that are displayed on the job posting published.

However, if the value displayed on the job board is completely irrelevant, there might be an integration issue. In this case, you can open SAP Launchpad ticket and Recruiting Posting Support team will investigate.
