2793643 - The location doesn't appear when it is changed to inactivate - SuccessFactors - Integration Center

Some location will not appear for the employee if it is marked as inactive.

1. Go to organization pay and job structure;
2. Select some location that want to deactivate;
3. Go to integration center;
4. Open your integration center interface;
5. Select the report that show information about the location.

When you create a location, you can associate this to some employee that will work there. So, when this location is set as active (A), this option (location) will appear in the integration that contain this information.

But, when you set some of this location to inactive (I), this option (location) will no more appear in the integration.

PS: To the examples above, was made a query of “EmpJob” with “LocationNav” – “FOLocation”.

This kind of issue is an expected behavior, because the system can’t associate an employee to a location that doesn’t exist anymore, since there shouldn't be anyone working there anymore.
