2793802 - Column Width Modification Not Saved When Page Is Refreshed in C4C

While modifying the column width this change does not stick when the page is refreshed in Fiori.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Customers Work center.
2. Go to the Customer view.
3. Modify any column size.
4. Click  the refresh button from the page/ refresh the browser.
5. Notice that the modification does not stick.

• It normally occurs when the Auto Adjustment of Table Column Width is enabled.
• Please noticed that this feature, in case, the table is very long, will make the columns shrink further by wrapping the header text. Thus, maintaining all the values on one screen.

To avoid the reported behavior, please disable the Auto Adjustment of Table Column Width by performing the steps below:

1. Go to the Settings.
2. Go to the Company Settings.
3. Then turn off the toggle button option "Enable Auto Adjustment of Table Column Width".
4. Save it.

Note: This company setting is not supported in Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge browser (version < 16).
