2793803 - Generating Reward Statement Notifications for Employees

This KB article outlines the permissions required to generate Reward Statement Notifications to Employees for the following items:

• Compenation Statements
• Variable Pay Statements
• Combined Statements

To fully configure this feature please refer to all steps below:

1. Ensure that personalCombinedStatement, personalCompensationStatement and personalVarPayStatement are all ENABLED = YES in Manage Business Configuration > Employee Profile > Standard
   
    
2. Ensure View generated Variable Pay and Combined Statements based on Role-Based Permission is checked on Admin Center > Actions for All plans > Company Settings
   
    
3. Setup the RBP for the Permission Role that has references the correct target population that should have access to SENDING THE EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS.
   
   Admin Center > Set User Permissions > Manage Permission Role > Select Role > Edit Permission > Manage Compensation and VarPay > Manage Email Notifications for Statement Generation
4. Setup the RBP for the Permission Role that has references the correct target population that should have access to VIEWING STATEMENTS ON EMPLOYEE PROFILE
   
   Admin Center > Set User Permissions > Manage Permission Role > Select Role > Edit Permission > Employee Data > Check personalCombinedStatement , personalCompensationStatement and personalVarPayStatement 
5. Setup the E-Mail Notification Template , to set the body / title of the email which will be sent to the Employee.  You can do this from Manage E-Mail Notification Templates Tool > Personal Compensation Statement Generation Notification
