ASE minor update failis with the following error when execute the below command

/usr/sap/hostctrl/exe/saphostctrl -function LiveDatabaseUpdate -dbname PRD -dbtype syb -updatemethod Check -updateoption TASK=CHECK_UPDATE_ASE -updateoption DROP_LOCATION="/sapstage/ASE16SP03PL06"

sapdbctrl failing with "Error: sapdbctrl: Could not identify ASE version"
