2793855 - Posting change delivery item blocked due to missing HUs

Symptom

After adjusting item quantity to zero of a Posting Change Delivery in EWM system, the item is still blocked with error: "HU &1 does not exist in warehouse &2" Message no. /SCWM/DELIVERY186. As a side effect, ERP reference document is not completed.
