Symptom

Policy Document and Useful contact are not populating in quick card (after enrollment and claim).

Environment

Employee Central - Global Benefits

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Benefits Admin Overview > Benefit > Select relevant benefit > Add values in Policy Document field and Useful contact fields.
  2. Go to Employee > Benefits > Enroll Now.
  3. After enrolling kindly check the quickcard of already enrolled benefit. The fields Policy Document, Useful contacts will be blank.

Resolution

This is 1905 release issue. Engineering ticket has been raised (BEN-3970) and team is working for a fix. This issue occurs only if we use standard configuration UI. Thus, as a workaround, you can use custom configuration UI.
