Managers are not able to change the status of the goal.

Editing is not enabled, unless you check the option besides the visibility PRIVATE.

It is possible to change the status of the goal plan by:

1. Proxying as the Manager;
2. Search for the employee that the manager created goal to;
3. In the checkbox beside the visibility PRIVATE, the manager should enable the option and go to the 3 dots (Action) column and select EDIT GOAL.
4. After click EDIT GOAL, the manager will encounter a popup, scroll down and look for STATUS. From the STATUS, change the status to, for example, NOT STARTED to ON TRACK;
5. Click SAVE CHANGES.
