2794258 - Dunning Strategy of Run Does not Match Strategies of Selected Accounts

Dunning Run results in errors: "Dunning strategy of run does not match strategies of selected accounts".

No dunnings created.

SAP Business Bydesign.

1. Go to the Receivables work center.
2. Under Periodic Tasks select the view Dunning Runs.
3. Fill the data selection and execute the run.
4. Under the Execution Details, Select the Application Log ID and navigate to general tab.

Error: "Dunning strategy of run does not match strategies of selected accounts".

No dunnings created.

If the Dunning Strategy maintained in the account master data and the dunning strategy selected in the dunning run are different then dunning run fails and results in the errors mentioned.

There are two ways you can avoid this error.

1. Go to Business configuration Work center 
2. Select the view Overview.
3. Search and find the activity Dunning Strategies.
4. Select the option Assign Dunning Strategy to Company/Customer/Supplier.
5. Add Row and maintain the company, customer/supplier details and Dunng Proc.

Then during the execution of the Dunning run, the strategy will be picked based on this system for the execution and you do not have to maintain.

Or.

1. Check the maintained dunning strategy in the customer master and select the same dunning strategy in the dunning run.
