You create a gross price list and migrate it within the Migration of Price Lists activity in the Business Configuration work center, or you use this migration tool to update an existing gross price list with new records. You are able to complete the migration without any issues. But the prices for the products involved are not calculated in any related sales document.
- You may get an error like "Error Mandatory Gross List Price missing for the price calculation" when assigning such a product to a sales order.
- You may get an error like "Price Calculation ended with error, for details check log/report incident" when attempting to calculate a price via web service.

Cause
The migration tool in Business Configuration enables currently only the migration of net price lists. The migration of gross price lists is not supported. SAP is planning to enhance this functionality in further releases.
Resolution
To upload gross price lists it is recommended to use the Excel upload functionality instead.
