Learn how to hide or display the rating column in the evaluation summary of the 360 form.

SAP SuccessFactors 360 Multi-Rater

1. Open the 360 form and go to Evaluation Summary section.
2. Look for the "Rating" column:
   
   

If you need to hide or show the rating column in the evaluation summary section of your 360 form, follow the steps below:

1. Go to "Manage Templates" and open the 360 form template.
2. Go to "General Settings" and then click "Advanced Settings".
3. Look for the "Enable 360 Drilldown Permission for:" option.
4. To disable the rating column, please unselect the checkbox/es for the corresponding role/s.

Please note that disabling the drilldown permissions also disable the ability of those roles to view all forms from all participants.
