2794334 - Right To Return still exist on Position in Position Org Chart after Termination

• Right to Return still appearing on Position in Position Org Chart even if the Incumbent has been terminated already.
• Upon clicking the Right to Return icon, the Side Panel for Right to Return keeps on reloading and no data is coming.

1. Navigate to Company Info

2. Click on Position Org Chart

3. Search By: Position

4. Search for the Position of the Terminated Incumbent. Right to Return action still exists and keeps on loading without any data coming when clicked.

Incumbent has been terminated without maintaining the Actual Return Date of the Leave of Absence filed.

Before terminating the incumbent with Leave of Absence make sure that the Actual Return Date are maintained in each Leave of Absence filed for the Incumbent. This is the process expected by the system when it comes to Right to Return and Leave of Absence.

You may follow below steps on how to maintain the Actual Return Date for each Leave of Absence.

1. Naviagate Time block

2. Click on Administer Time

3. Edit the Approved Leave of Absence

4. Enter the Actual Return Date then click on Submit

5. A Return to Work event record will be inserted on the Incumbent's Job Information.
