Why are there multiple Status fields in search
- Trying to search documents in CRM_UI and there are duplicate Status fields
- How to remove duplicated Status field from Search Criteria
- Duplicate Status when searching Request for Change (RfC)
Environment
SAP Solution Manager 7.2
Reproducing the Issue

Open SM_CRM and click Change Request Management > Search > <document type> (e.g. Request for Change)
- Click a Search Criteria drop down box and notice there are multiple entries for Status:
Resolution
The fields are not duplicates, rather, they represent different fields of information.
To understand the true meaning of the field, the Technical Information can be displayed to help see the difference. To display this:

Click Show Configurable Area and click the area of Search Criteria: (If you do not see the configuration button follow KBA 2741600)
- Click Show Technical Details
- The full technical field name and description will be displayed to show there is a difference in the various fields:
Note: The Label can be changed to differentiate the values, if desired.
