Symptom

You need to active the license of the EDIFACT format (EDI libraries) in your SAP Cloud Platform Integration.

To check if you already have the license, you can do the following steps:

  1. Logon to your SAP Cloud Platform Integration;
  2. Open Integrated Content Advisor;
  3. Click in "more" on the library of type systems;
  4. You can see the EDIFACT format unlicensed or licensed.
