How to enable Orientation Step if candidate is a remote hire?

In standard Onboarding 1.0 process, the first panel will have a question at the bottom "Whether the new hire is remote employee or not"?. If the answer selected is Yes, the key RemoteHire will have a value of Yes which triggeres the condition to skip Orientation Step.

US Process for Remote Employees

The Remote Employee process is built in to Onboarding 1.0, for companies that do not have a local office where employees can have I-9 document verified and electronically signed. The process varies during the standard Onboarding steps; see more, US Process for Remote Employees

• PostHire Verification Step: The Hiring Manager initiates the remote onboarding process after entering the new employee's job information, but selecting Yes for the Is the new hire a remote hire? on the New Hire Set-Up Information panel.
• New Employee Step: The new employee receives an email notification, and logs in to SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 to sign the appropriate documents with E-Signature. These documents are stored in the SuccessFactors Document Repository. The I-9 form must be physically signed by someone designated by the company as an Authorized Representative. The representative then faxes or emails the I-9 form to the corporate office. After the I-9 form is sent, the new employee clicks the link their notification to alert the Hiring Manager that the form has been faxed/mailed. Once the Hiring Manager is notified, the Onboarding process is complete.

• The interaction between the employee and hiring manager in completing the I-9 Form is supported by email notifications throughout the Remote Employee process starting from the New Employee Step and including E-Verify Process responses
• The key RemoteHire is  used to identify if a candidate is a remote employee
