Symptom

  • Note Analyzer
  • CNV_NOTE_ANALYZER
  • CNV_NOTE_ANALYZER_SLT
  • OSS system cannot be reached
  • Central SAP Note Number not supplied
  • This occurs whether the Central SAP Note Number is specified or not for the report.
  • Executing the report DMC_NOTE_ANALYZER, you are getting error message “RFC target not supported”.
  • The button “Update Central SAP Note Number” in report DMC_NOTE_ANALYZER returns no Central SAP Note.
