You want to enable the new functionality for Broadcast Messages.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
  2. Go to the Implementation Projects view.
  3. Click on Edit Scope.
  4. Go to Step 3 – Scoping.
  5. Under Built-in Services and Support - System Management, select Broadcast Messages.
  6. Save changes.


In order to see the Broadcast Messages view under Administrator, you need to add the respective view to your user role or business role.


  1. Go to the Administrator work center.
  2. Go to the General Settings view.
  3. Under Users select Business Roles or Business Users.
  4. Search and open the respective Business Role or User.
  5. Go to the Work Center and View Assignment.
  6. Search and select the Broadcast Messages view.
  7. Save changes.
