2794615 - Include in Output Indicator is Not Available in the Service Confirmation

The Include in Output indicator in the Attachment tab is not available in the Service Confirmation.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Field Service and Repair work center.
2. Select the Service Confirmations view.
3. Open Service Confirmation XYZ (XYZ represents the ID of the Service Confirmation).
4. Navigate to the Attachments tab.
5. Select the attached document.

The Include in Output indicator is not available.

The reason why the “Include in Output” Indicator not available for the Service Confirmation, is due to the fact that the system does not provide standard forms for Service Confirmations. The indicator is also not available in the Web Service.

The “Include in Output” indicator in the Service Confirmation is not available in the current release of SAP Business ByDesign. This is due to the fact that the system does not provide standard forms for Service Confirmations.

If the indicator “Include in Output” requires to be available for Service Confirmations as per business requirement, a new enhancement request can be submitted directly via the Customer Influencer Portal. The Customer Influence Portal, allows customers to log Improvement Requests themselves and have the ability to work directly with our technology and development group.
