2794746 - Performance mass transactions. Contract XXX locked: Item YYY cannot be processed.

Symptom

Performance issues are occurring during mass transaction processing or when transferring multiple RAIs simultaneously.

The system displays the error message, "Contract XXX locked: Item YYY cannot be processed."

Additionally, Revenue Accounting Items (RAIs) are showing a status of "raw" instead of "processable" during the transfer process.
