Symptom
The following subset of Provisioning and Command Center Configuration Changes should be made/enabled/disabled by your Implementation Partner and may require follow-up actions or implementations. In situations where you are not already engaged with a Partner and there is no associated implementation effort, SAP Support can make minor configurations including enabling/disabling specific minor features, on behalf of a customer.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK)
Resolution
Please be aware of the following points before engaging the Support Team to make the available changes:
- Please make sure to read the description of each change;
- These options are only applicable to customers who do not have a Partner consultant engaged. Partners have access to Command Center and Provisioning (Back end) so do not require this service;
- Make sure that you provide the information needed to complete the change;
- Customer approval should be added to the case. Without the customer approval, our support team will not be able to proceed.
Any switch enablement or change NOT listed as supported by Product Support will be entitled as an action supported only by Partners or Professional Services team.

Note on Career Site Builder RMK sites
Cloud Product Support does not perform any kind of configuration and customization in any RMK Career Site powered by Career Site Builder.
The configuration is available for customers and partners as a self-service resource in the tool. Refer to Career Site Builder Administration for more details.
Customers that have a custom RMK site not built with Career Site Builder can submit a Cloud Product Support case specifying the changes they would like to perform on their career site. SAP Professional Services Web Development team will analyze the request and determine if such changes can be done via a support case or if it would require a service order to proceed. Refer to the KBA 2268766 - Change Requests for Recruiting Marketing Sites Delivered by Professional Services - Recruiting Marketing
Note that migrations from legacy site to CSB are not handled by Support. Customers must engage a partner or Professional Services via their account team and SSEM.
Command Center changes:
Command Center is the RMK backend. This tool is only accessible to partners, SAP Professional Services consultants and Cloud Product Support.
Please find below the most common requests and whether or not these can be performed by Support:
Change Request | Details |
Site Reload | Not offered : Since release 1H2021, this can be done in CSB. Refer to KBA 3053742 on how to do this. |
RMK Job alerts enablement |
Not offered : Since 2H2021, Job alerts feature can be enabled/disabled directly in CSB > Site Settings > Site Information tab and the templates can be configured under Layouts. |
Vendor groups creation and assignment |
Not offered : The Marketing Central feature was deprecated with 2H2021 and replaced with Campaign URL Builder which does not use vendor groups and is accessible in Bizx. |
Media team requests |
Source additions for Source Tracker if the required option is not available in Site Source Editor in CSB to enable. See KBA 2562257 - How to Add Source Options into the Source Tracker Menu - Recruiting Marketing |
Advanced Analytics |
Status mapping additions. Only additional mappings that may have been missed in the original implementation can be done by Support. Initial implementation must be done by an Implementation Partner. |
Disable RMK Website |
Request to Disable the RMK website for re designing purposes. It is strongly advised to work with an implementation partner for any drastic redesigning of the site or disabling of a live site. |
Provisioning changes:
Change | Feature Switch | Details |
Request to enable Career Site Builder in Provisioning |
This only applies to Customers with legacy career sites (not built with CSB) who need to grant users access to CSB to access the Career Site Admin Settings to self serve with the SSL Certificates feature. |
|
Request to enable Job Marketing |
This is a prerequisite to accessing Advanced Analytics. This was only done by support for customers who already had AA implemented and were transitioning to the new Recruiting Interface |
|
Restore RMK URLs |
Managing Recruiting /Configure Recruiting Marketing Datacenter URLs |
Managing Recruiting> Configure Recruiting Marketing Datacenter URLs Original population of settings not done by Product Support as it is part of the RMK implementation which should be done by the implementation partner. |
Restore RMK settings |
Service provider Settings/Recruiting Marketing Settings |
Service provider Settings > Recruiting Marketing Settings Original population of settings not done by Product Support as it is part of the RMK implementation which should be done by the implementation partner. |
Fulfeed | Manage Scheduled Jobs |
Customers can request Product Support to run the fullfeed (job type: sync all external job postings.) If you have had an instance refresh recently or are implementing ICS (Internal Career Site Powered by CSB), please provide authorization to make all jobs inactive in RMK before running the fullfeed. This will guarantee that the RMK instance will have no inconsistencies in terms of job postings. If the fullfeed (sync all external job postings) was deleted by the refresh process then this job will need to be recreated. If a partner is engaged they can recreate the job. If there is no longer a partner engaged, a case can be submitted to Product Support to request this providing approval and a job owner (username). |
Apply with LinkedIn 2.0
Product Support does not implement this feature. The feature can be configured in Career Site Builder > Tools > Social Apply and does't require a Site Reload anymore.
Any change requests that are not described in this KBA are out of scope of Cloud Product Support and should be handled via paid Professional Services Team via SSEM or our extensive global Partner network.
