2795378 - Data Doesn't Appear in EC Alerts Email Notification When Using the CONTRACT_END

Symptom

The [[CONTRACT_END_DATE]] tag does not show the date information when using EC Alerts and Notifications.

Reproducing the Issue

Create an Alert with the [[CONTRACT_END_DATE]] tag
Trigger the Workflow
Email only shows the tag, no data is displayed

Cause

The [[CONTRACT_END_DATE]] tag is not supported when using EC Alerts and Notifications

Resolution

You must use one of the supported tags for EC Alerts and Notifications as outlined in the handbook.
