With SuccessFactors release b1711, field MANAGER_PERSON_ID_EXTERNAL was introduced to the JOB_INFORMATION Entity, and you want to use it on BIB mapping but is not able to locate it in the search help for EC fields even after reimporting the metadata from Employee Central.
