Independently of a learning history event recorded manually or via automated mass load, the system default currency is any other than USD, the catalog currency is any other than USD, when the Learning History report is executed, the Currency Code coming in this report is always USD.

Cause
System's default currency is hard coded as USD. So, regardless of the configuration set within the environment, USD will be the currency recorded in the Learning History event.
Resolution
This explains the system default behavior. In case that there is a necessity to change the system behavior, please feel free to submit a Product Enhancement in our community.
