2795948 - Generating a Report to Return a Users Direct Subordinates

When navigating to the Org Chart, there is no method of extracting the information regarding the direct subordinates of a user in a report.

Employee Central - Reporting Data

1. Navigate to the Org Chart
2. Display a users direct subordinates
3. There is no option to extract this information into a report

 This is the expected behaviour of the system, this needs to be done using a Person and Emploument Info (as of Date) report.

• Navigate to Reporting
• Create a new Table report
• Person and Employment Info (as of Date)
• People Pill -> Refine Criteria
• Team Manager -> Find Another -> Look for the manager in question 

• Columns -> Select Columns -> Choose the columns you wish to display
• Preview or Save the report to view the data

This will display the direct subordinates of the manager in question, this report can be modified to show 2 or 3 levels down or display the matrix managers.
