2795988 - The + Button Next To Add Tags Within The Accounts Thing Inspector Is Unresponsive

When you click the + symbol next to Add Tags within any TI in Customers workcenter, nothing happens.

This scenario can apply to different views, in this example we use Accounts.

1. Go to the Customers workcenter.
2. Click the Accounts view.
3. Open any Account.
4. Within the Thing Inspector, notice the '+' symbol in the top right next to Add Tags.
5. This button is unresponsive and clicking it does not load anything.

This symbol is a count of how many tags are currently added. The '+' appears instead of 0 when no tags are added. If you add a tag, this symbol changes to the number 1. If you add another, the symbol changes to 2, and so on.

This is the current expected system behavior.
