When creating candidate via Bulk Create Candidates from .CSV File, an email is received with errors and no candidate are created.

The .CSV file which was uploaded was edited using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Excel alters the UTF-8 character encoding which causes values not to be recognized by the system.

Use a plain text editor such as Notepad or Notepad++ to edit the .CSV file
