SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
Documents are attached through Generic Object Service (GOS) menu from SAP transaction or Fiori app. Attaching documents is working fine for both SAP GUI and Fiori.
When trying to display attachments from Fiori app getting 'Backend error occurred' popup. Attachments are being displayed fine from SAP GUI.
