Resolution

Liquid Design is a new ad structure designed by StepStone to make the decision-making process more efficient for both companies and potential applicants.

The new StepStone advertisement layout resembles a building block system and is divided into several text blocks with firm anchor points. The thematically-limited content elements improve legibility and make it easier for potential candidates to gather information.

Currently, Liquid Design new ad structure is available on StepStone.at, StepStone.de, Stepstone.be and Stepstone.nl. SAP SucessFactors and StepStone Product teams are collaborating closely to plan migration on other StepStone websites.

Configure StepStone.de/at on my posting profile. Step by step process:

  • Add Stepstone.de/at/be/nl in Recruiting Posting Job board Market Place
  • Associate Stepstone.de/at/be/nl to the needed Posting Profile(s)
  • Add Stepstone.de/at/be/nl configurations:
    • Name: Enter the name of your configuration (mandatory)
    • Login: Enter your login (mandatory)
    • Organization ID: Enter your organization ID (mandatory)
    • Sender ID: Enter your sender ID
    • Sender ID (anonymous): Enter your anonymous sender ID
    • StepStone Recruiter ID: Enter StepStone Recruiter ID
