2796239 - Default prompt values are being overwritten in SAP Analytics Cloud

Changing the default variable parameter and then saving the story overwrites the default prompt value in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2019.8.7
• Live Data Connection to a data source 

1. Create a story based on a live data model which has for instance date variable with default value. 
2. Change the variable parameter to something else than the default. 
3. Save the story.
4. Reopen the story and open the variable dialogue. 
5. Notice that the previously saved parameter overwrites the default parameter.

This problem is fixed in the HANA releases per the SAP Note 2628214 - Limitation using expression default values for HANA variables / parameters with HANA Information Access (InA) Service
