How to configure RichText for different languages
Reproducing the Issue
RichText is defined for en-US , preview is showing correct format however for another language like Deutsch - font is shown in normal font.
Cause
Configuration needs to be corrected.
Resolution
Images shown are taken from demo system.
Customer has configured RichText and same is shown in Preview also. Config is done as below :
customer defined the Translations for other language also like : Deutsch however text is shown without any font style.
Customer need to correct the Translations and enter the font style also :
Normal text : <p><span style="font-size:24px;">Welcome to Successfactors! We kindly ask you to complete your personal data.</span></p>
Update should be : <p><span style="font-size:24px;">Welkom bij Successfactors! Wij vragen u vriendelijk om uw persoonlijke gegevens in te vullen.</span></p>
save the panel and preview it. change the language to Deutsch and you will see desired results.
