2796410 - Using the Report Events Audit Sub Domain Schema for Reporting Events in SuccessFactors

• This KB article explains the new sub domain schema, introduced in Q2 2019, which enables the ability to report the events in an instance
• The Ad hoc Report Events Audit Schema is missing some actions

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Report - Table/Ad Hoc reports:

1. Create a new single domain report
2. Choose 'Report Events Audit' from the drop-down
   
   

Report - Canvas/ORD Reports:

1. Create a new List report component and edit the query
2. Select Detailed reporting as the Data source
3. Once in the query designer, expand Live Data and use the Report Events Audit sub domain schema.

Important:

• The report will fetch the following actions
• Create & Delete
• Export & Import
• Share & UnShare
• Update
• LabelAs
• Schedule

Note: Not all actions are captured for all Report Types. The Audit Schema will be enhanced in the future to support all actions for all Report Types.

• This report does not include information about report execution
• A cross domain report cannot be created using the Report Events Audit domain
• Report Distributor changes are not captured by any reporting tools.
