2796519 - Unable to create a task list for a cycle document due to Lifecycle Status in LMDB - Solution Manager

Symptom

  • Cannot find system  when creating a task list from a phase cycle
  • Trying to move a phase cycle to Scope status and encountering an error about a managed system:
    No communication system for TMS system <SID> (Domain_<SID>)
    No communication system for TMS system <SID> (Domain_<SID>)
    Transport track of source system <SID>~ABAP/<client> does not have a productive system
  • STMS landscape is set properly with a delivery route defined and proper client maintained in the Transport Route
  • RFCs are working between Solution Manager and managed systems
  • Lifecycle status is inactive in ChaRM Task list
