2796587 - HALM transport failed during object activation in the target system

Symptom

When transporting delivery unit with "Selected Change List" option in the target system, the repository objects are locked by a change entry with the change-list like <Source_SID>// 999.

However, the change-list <Source_SID>// 999 that is locking the object have already marked as 'Released' by the source system.
