2796660 - "No items found" Displayed in the Enter Value Drop-Down Field of the Party Role Column in Deal Distribution Rules

You are using Deal Distribution Rules and when you try to use the column Party Role you are seeing the message ''No items found''.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Administrator work center.
2. Select the Sales and Campaign Settings view.
3. Click in the Define Rules for Deal Registration hyperlink.
4. Click in the Add Row button in case no sequence steps are maintained.
5. Click in the * on the Party Role column.

In the Enter Value drop-down menu you see the message ''No items found''.

The determination step ''Use Rules for Owner'' is not active in the Determination of Involved Parties hyperlink of the Deal Registration fine-tuning activity of your business configuration.

You should activate the ''Use Rules for Owner'' in the Determination of Involved Parties hyperlink of the Deal Registration fine-tuning activity of your business configuration.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Type Deal Registration in the search box.
3. Open the Deal Registration fine-tuning activity.
4. Click in the Maintain Involved Parties hyperlink.
5. Select the Owner line.
6. Click in the Maintain Determinations button.
7. Select the Active checkbox.
8. Click in the OK button.
