2796675 - Error When Initiating Onboarding for a Candidate - Recruiting Management

• After placing the candidate in the Hirable status, the system will display an error when trying to hire the candidate via Manage Pending Hires or in the Pending Requests tile.
• Hirable and Hired options are correctly configured in one status for each option.

• Manage Pending Hires

 Scenario 1:

1. In Admin Center, go to Manage Pending Hires
2. Choose Recruiting and select the Candidate
3. The system will show an application error

Scenario 2:

1. In the Homepage, open the "My Pending Requests" tile
2. Go to the candidate and approve the workflow
3. The system will show an application error

The candidate is correctly placed in Hirable status, however the application didn't pass through the Offer process and therefore, the system will be not able to complete the onboarding step. The Offer process is the moment when the system make the record of the Start Date and the value will be null if the candidate never passed the Offer process. In the Implementation Guide, we have the following statement in the RCM to EC integration:

"Because the Manage Pending Hires list is populated based on offer approval information, a candidate must go through an approved offer approval prior to being set to Ready to Hire (Hirable)."

The candidate must go back in the pipeline and perform the Offering process in order to complete the onboarding step right after.
